Shipping and Returns

DONNA LISSA does not accept exchanges. DONNA LISSA will accept return items purchased on donnalissa.ca within 30 days of the package’s delivery date. The refund will  be processed on the original payment method for the total price of the item including taxes and excluding shipping costs. Before making a return, please ensure the product is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with the tags attached. Please also ensure that the product is accompanied by a valid receipt. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Items that are final sale cannot be returned. If your return does not meet the criteria mentioned, DONNA LISSA reserves the right to deny the return. If your product is eligible for return, please contact donnalissa.ca@gmail.com to return it.
